omg yall someone was so mean to me today. i volunteer at a non-profit i've been at for five years. today someone game in and they work in another group involved with the same kind of thing and they asked me how ours was going and i said good, and he asked "in which ways is it going good? is it good for the community, or the people who come in, or it's fine on funding?" and i was like "all of those ways" because it is, i didn't know what else to say, and he just looked at me like i was an idiot and then was like "no offense but are you the only person who works here?"
....
then i told him someone else was coming in a few minutes and he asked if he could leave his contact info for them and i told him sure, and then he started having a conversation with some other dude nearby so after a minute i walked away because like hell i'm going to stand around waiting for your contact info i'm sure no one will do anything with when i have to set up. and he was like "EXCUSE ME" in such a rude voice. i just ignored him after that, i don't even get why he was there.
