well it would help if i didn't hit post before iw as finished
it's basically 30 days of working out for an hour and a half and then the last five days you do a cleanse to drop 5-10 lbs to 'show off your new muscle tone'
i got the book and i'm going to a big event in a month and wondering if anyone has done it before b/c my biggest issue with it is that it says only do her cardio exercises when i'm also running a race soon, and obv need to run to prep for that
