also it's a later age range (jr high or high school) but when i volunteer with youth speak this is exactly what we're aiming to do and the response has always been overwhelmingly positive. he's spot on as well that children pick up cues about who's socially unacceptable from teachers.

do any of you have a friend who is just hard work? i've been rly not well lately and i've been avoiding a couple of my friends (i'm the nona who mentioned her psychosis and got a bunch of "oh you're probably a medium!!!1") because they do nothing but bring me down.
now i keep getting messages from one of them saying "oh i'll just pop over don't worry about the state of the house i'll just come keep you company BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT GOOD FRIENDS DO"
