also there's a chinese doll where she dismantled a kingfisher hair ornament to use as decoration for, and those are really really highly prized because the process to make those ornaments and the people who know how to do so are nonexistent in the modern world, and something about that rubs me the wrong way about taking apart one over 100 years old for a very orientalist doll

When I was 12, I met this guy online who said he was 16 and based on my face pics he said I was pretty and wanted to date me. I had been bullied all my life so I was ecstatic that someone showed intetest in me.
He groomed me for months, then convinced me to take nudes and send them to him, and he woukd do tge same in exchange. He even told me how to delere all traces of the photos after I had sent them to him so my parents wouldn't figure it out.
I sent them when he was online and he told me how hot I was and he would take photos as soon as he could. A week later he finally came online and when I messaged him he told me he hated me and that he never even looked at my pics, then blocked me.
I was young, naive, and sheltered, so I had no idea until several years later that he was probably some old pedophile, and I still worry to this day that my pics are out there somehere.
This is the first time I have ever said anything about this to anyone.
