What kind of shenanigans did you get up to behind your teachers' backs?

what you should do is get a light box and start using it for 30 minutes at like 11, then after a week, roll it back to 1030 then 10 then 930 and keep going and you'll start getting tired earlier and earlier, so 3/4, 2:30, 2, 1:30, etc.

i just went to a sleep doc w/ the exact same schedule as you and that fixed it completely, now i just need to make sure to use the light box at least every other day when i get up

i am ashamed to admit i have no idea what a light box is

it's a light you set on your desk or table or w/e and it hits the back of your eye (indirectly, you don't need to stare at it) and it triggers 'dawn' to your brain basically, so it's used to reset your clock

there are tons on amazon or w/e - also 'light therapy box'

nyart but i know these are used for sad and stuff, but i have sleeping issues too because of mania

do you think i could use this without incident or should i talk to my doctor first?

if you have bipolar disorder or any type of mania, it can trigger manic episodes, so i wouldn't use it at all
