i'm so worried about my actions rn. i know it's stupid to be in control of what i do and be like "worried :(" but like. my ed went into remission for awhile and i gained a healthy amount of weight and maintained for almost a year. but now i'm relapsing and purging again regularly (1-3x a day). i feel like my body retained memory of what i was doing before (puking 2-8x a day) and so i just burped and i'm not even full but i vomited a little when i burped. it's been happening regularly now that i'm back to purging and i'm scurred my body will just start puking up everything i eat again.
but tbh i'm excited because i'm losing weight again.
