when i was in gradeschool i had this frond whos mom would make her sandwiches sometimes with peanut butter and chocolate chips in the middle as like a treat for lunch. i always rly wanted to try it but i was poor af and my parents both worked 12hr days so i had to pack my own lunches and my mom would just get a bunch of prepackaged stuff so it was easier 4 me. once i tried putting chocolate pudding into a peanut butter sandwich and brought that to lunch so i could pretend i had a cool treat too lql

I’m not sure what you mean by “romantic relationships” but I think it’s pretty common for some arospec people to fantasize about being in a relationship that’s typically seen as romantic. it doesn’t necessarily mean we want one, and it doesn’t mean we’re experiencing romantic love.
an arospec person can have a romantic relationship. it’s just a matter of making sure the other person knows you’re arospec and what is ok and what is not ok. (like some aros may be freaked out by some romantic gestures whereas others may not be)
in my aro mind, ‘romantic’ relationships aren’t so much the romantic part, but more the relationship part. I really love having close friendships and I guess I see what most see as a ‘romantic’ relationship as just a very close relationship. so I also sometimes fantasize about it I suppose?
