i have taken ibuprofen, had an ice pack on my face for halfway through speed, used a bunch of saline nasal spray, used decongestant, and snorted cayenne pepper and it won't go away

dammit nona i shouldnt be so upset theres nothing to be upset over but depression doesnt work that way

i just feel so completely helpless and lonely and frustrated and there is nobody to talk to. when theres nobody to talk to about feeling lonely i get into a state of mind where i just keep repeating to myself that im worthless and deserve to die, or that i should kill myself

i think part of me hopes that if i repeat it often enough someone will catch on to how desperate i feel and offer just a little bit of solace or attention or whatever. i really hope i dont get into the habit of saying it out loud to get people to care, because thats just manipulative and gross, and i feel like an awful person just for feeling that desperate

this is the only place i can look for a hogbox without feeling like a burden for wanting some sympathy or even a little acknowledgment at all

since i decided not to spend money on pedicures and now hate my toenails and feet no matter how much time i spend buffing and polishing and filing, i've had to stop wearing sandals
which has also cut down on my impulse shoe buying since so many qt shoes are sandals or fucking useless peeptoes
