sort of a dumb question but i want to talk to my doctor about it. can growing up and living within a severe hording environment trigger ocd in someone? Because the habits I have are not normal and damaging and I swear they were the result of living in this filthy, caving in house that I grew up in.

no, just severe anxiety and depression

a lot of mental disorders do run in my mom's side of the family, though. no joke.
