if my dinner is primarily vegetables, its ok to eat a lot right?
fwiw, it's bell peppers, broccoli, onions, corn, and tomatoes stirfried in a very little bit of olive oil with black pepper for flavor and just a little bit of mozzarella cheese on the top.
if this is unsolicited and irritating pls ignore: maybe it'll help if you do something else while you eat, like read, so you eat a bit more slowly and give your stomach more time to send BTW I'M FULL signals to your brain?
if you're talking about having an ed though i ttly understand that it's not a behaviour you can just switch off right away, and in that case i think having healthier meals is definitely good harm reduction in the meantime.
yeah i think it's an ed thing idk :\ its been happening for years and is def depression related, because i restrict in front of people and binge in private.
but yeah it is actually p good, veggies have such nice flavor of their own.
i know sometimes it seems overwhelming, but you can overcome it just don't beat yourself up when it doesn't happen overnight. it sounds like you're working on self-care though so best of luck <3
tw ed?

(Anonymous) 2012-05-05 10:41 pm (UTC)(link)plus veggies have tons of fiber and the good kind of carbs and protein + lots of vitamins
but you should also eat some other more substantial carbs and proteins. like at least some beans or chickpeas or hummus or something like that.
