talked to my sister on the phone and found out that she recently started taking anti-depressants as well
i've always known my sister and i were very similar people in most ways and she's always seemed so well put together (law school mentor at a great school, went to a great undergrad school and graduated with good honors etc) and she's always seemed so happy and concentrated and whatnot. it's interesting to realize that we're similar in ways i never realized before, too. i'm really glad for her that she got help when she was feeling depressed, because i've never known her to do that and i've never even known she ever felt that way. i always figured and felt that i was suffering from something she'd never understand.
fuck these genes, though.
