i usually get really bad cramps and pms but now i have my period and didn't get any cramps or break out or get depressed or anything
and i've been exercising way less than usual!!! i thought that was supposed to help cramps!! i've barely left my house in a week! i feel like to. does this mean my normal job is more stressful than being on quarantine and exasperates all my symptoms?? idk

i made new friends in the past half year and today at video brunch i realized i actually hate these people

- i've been feeling bad about not buying a house but our landlord is knocking $400 off our rent (independent landlord)
- i've been feeling bad about my job bc i feel like i'm stuck and not going anywhere but it turns out that for right now i'm considered essential personnel to the communications infrastructure and now i have letters that allow me access to things if there are curfews
- i have like $10,000 in cc debt i accrued through an emergency and i've been going back and forth about dipping into my savings to pay it off. i didn't and now i have cash to help get me through if i do lose my job and i moved the debt to interest free ccs for the next year
- my car is totally paid off now and is also a camry so fingers crossed it will last for a while
for once in my life i feel like i made the right decisions even though i'm not overly successful on paper so now i'm working on my survival skills

i changed my diet this week and my digestive system is very sensitive so obvs i haven't pooped for 2 days

they have a lot of health issues so im scared they'll start getting short of breath and someone will have to call an ambulance
