hmmm so I think I might be demisexual? I mean I look at people and I’m like wow what eye candy pretty yay but I have pretty much zero interest in having sex with them, unless I have an emotional connection to them. Whether in real life or a celebrity or some random person on the internet. Like I see someone and I’m like wow what an extremely attractive individual, but if I imagine having sex with them it just seems very clinical, skin, whatever, like maybe it would feel good but you don’t need another person for that. but I don’t want that any more strongly than with someone I just find ordinary looking.
and I mean I used to feel quite distressed because I couldn’t imagine myself meeting anyone I wanted in that way, other than the people I did in fact want, who were celebrities and thus unattainable. but then I figured out that what happens is as I get to know some people I develop an attraction to them, which was something I hadn’t been able to factor in when I was trying to envision this Future Person Who I Would Be Interested In. Does that make sense?

The National Communications Secretary Fernando Alvarado said they will not be bullied by the United States into making a decision on the Snowden case.
Alvarado hinted that the U.S. was using money from the Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act (ATPDEA) as leverage in the Snowden case.
"Ecuador does not accept pressure nor threats from anyone. It does not negotiate with its principles nor does it cave in to economic pressure despite their importance," Alvarado said.
He added that no decision had been made on Snowden's case.
To further poke the United States, Ecuador's Interior Ministry tweeted that it was offering the United States $23 million in annual aid for human rights training. That is the same amount offered by the United States to Ecuador as part of the ATPDEA.

I was really pleased to find that google has been taking steps to be both inclusive and celebratory of queer culture. However, the queer vocabulary and community evolves quickly, and I am here to ask that google tries to keep up with the expanding community, their identities, and our ever changing lingo. Please add the word “Pansexual" to the list of rainbow banner words, and continue reaching out to our community and trying your best to be inclusive. It does not go unnoticed, or unappreciated.
