oh i just had the worst phonecall. a woman was so angry bc she didn't understand why she got a rate up. she marked that she has depression but she treats it with prayer. and i explained how they don't count prayer and she started going off about obama trying to take away her religious freedom D:

"So, my boss promises me three months ago that she will make me a supervisor soon since I have worked there for over a year. I accept, and work hard to learn everything she teaches me. I know the store inside and out.
Then a week or two ago, she stops training me. Stops telling me anything. I ask if anything's wrong, if I'm doing something wrong, she says no you're fine just keep doing what you're doing.
Yesterday I show up for work. My supervisor tells me that I have a new boss. I ask what she means. She means to tell me that a cashier who started working here three months ago, who is 18, and it is her first job, has gotten the position of supervisor.
Yes, my boss went behind my back and did this and didn't say anything to me. After I have worked so hard at this job, she really thinks this other person who has barely worked here deserves it more?
I was crying, but then I realized, she doesn't deserve the satisfaction of making me upset. I know I worked my butt off at this job and if she can't see that, oh well.
And if she thinks for a moment that I'm going to stick around so she can give me some more false hope and lies in the future, she's sadly mistaken.
I've given my two weeks notice today. I'm so done."
this girl works 6 hrs a week at a fast food place. also, who writes things like this as a freaking facebook status?
