i go as much as i can, but lately it's been every other day bc i've been sick. i'll go for as long as i feel like i'm being productive and getting a get workout. i do treadmill on an incline, elliptical, free weights, and then try some of the machines if i feel comfortable.

if i'm not doing weights, i go on the bikes for a bit to cool down
