i go every month or so

and by go i mean i think for a few seconds about maybe joining a gym again and then forget about it

i go for five days straight, one day off. i do 35 minutes elliptical on setting 12, then 20 minutes or so on the treadmill at varying inclines.

then if i'm doing weights that do, i do weights at the end. just basic dumbells and stuff, but i work in compound movies ofc

if i'm not doing weights, i go on the bikes for a bit to cool down

i go as much as i can, but lately it's been every other day bc i've been sick. i'll go for as long as i feel like i'm being productive and getting a get workout. i do treadmill on an incline, elliptical, free weights, and then try some of the machines if i feel comfortable.
