if you can find fairbanks sherry (not cream sherry!), use that. it's my favorite. it's like $4.99 for a little bottle here, and there are tons of other things i could suggest
my friend in bonn found fairbanks sherry in one of his stores, but that's germany and idk where you are. but also you'll probably find higher quality stuff anyway.
