idk if it would be beneficial for your case, but a therapist got me to using a Whartenberg wheel to deal with tactile cravings. they give you a good bit of feeling, they look intimidating, but rly you can't do any damage with them, at least not the kind i had.
sewing stuff keeps coming up when i google tracing wheel, is that right? it looks kinda sharp too lol
i'm kinda weird w/ my pain tolerance and can b rly insensitive to it so i don't want to accidentally actually cut myself but if it's not kinda sharp idt that would be a problem
