are you absolutely sure the feelings have gone for good, rather than u suppressing them because of distance/fear of intimacy/stuff like that? i have gone off people in the past the minute they showed any interest, so i was wondering if it could be something like that.

if u do have a talk with him u can always say that although u do care about him a lot the distance between u would b a deal breaker and u don't see it working out in the long run - if u don't want to have to get into the finer details of working out your sexuality
