lol it's an ingrained habit now to feel sleepy at a certain time and wake up when the sun is shining through my window

idk i wish i could heavy sleep sometimes lol

i usually feel sleepy at a certain time but i just cant make myself g2b. like last night i should have been asleep but instead i stayed up til 3 am

i will trade you some of my heavy sleep-ability. then we will be medium sleepers

i can do that sometimes, but not nearly enough. yeah we can sleep in a little and g2b at a somewhat l8 time
