having a panic attack rn. everyone else in the house is asleep and i don't want to wake them up, and to wake them up i would have to move from where i am rn and i'm too scared to do that. fuck. wish i could have an irl hugbox.

idts, pictures and videos make it worse for me for some reason. venting about it here helps a lot tho.
