so for work i had to attend a webinar on online community management. and all i could think was how the fuck does this work with anon because...we don't know who is there...
all of the examples were online forums, a whiskey forum, a period talk forum, a rock music forum. i think i know what i'm talking about. all online communities have similar theory behind keeping and tracking members.
