if it makes you feel better, a lot of people i know go to the movies alone and i have a friend who's been to shows/concerts alone

i've been to a show alone, once, and while i have not been to the movies alone i have been to sit-down restaurants alone

i think when you learn to do stuff like that by yourself, it just gets easier to go through life not gaf what other people think
