last place i went made sure to let me know they would trim my fringe for free in-between actual cuts.

i went somewhere that a friend said gave free fringe cuts in between cuts and they didn't even check if i was a patron or not. i just tipped $10 and made an appointment for later.

i just do my own armed with a number of youtube tutorials

then again i am pretty accustomed to terrible haircuts and bad dye jobs so maybe i'm not in a position to give advice
