i've been running (i used to do the elliptical combined with a lot strength training, aerobics, zumba, and pilates) for about 3 wks and i feel so slow. but today i ran almost 5k in 60 minutes, and i know that if i keep at it, i'll be there within the next couple of weeks! and maybe even start burning 500+ cals again!
i've been looking for a dance workout i can get videos for online but all the options seems to be bollywood or hip hop or belly dancing, and i am yt so :/
the op here. i like zumba, but i'm blk so idk if my opinion would be helpful? there's lots of white ladies in my class who enjoy it, it's latin dancing but some of the stuff is top 40 pop stuff.
