nonas, if my diet is relatively the same but i start going to the gym every day for 2 hours, how long before i see results? like a month?

you'll manage 3 days before your muscles give out and possibly get injured

2 weeks

you should take at least 2 days off per week though
you can do cardio 5 days and strength training 2 of those days a week

depends how much exertion you put in, tbh

but if you're doing some relatively high-impact stuff and not just cardio, a month should show results

probably a month or a couple of weeks before you see results looking in the mirror
probably a week or less if you're looking at a scale
