god fucking ew my polisci prof was talking about how everyone has to do supreme court case presentations and she was like "you can do anything as long as it's legal...you wouldn't think i'd have to say that" and someone asked what had been done that wasn't legal and she said someone who did miller v california brought CHILD PORN in as part of their presentation. who the fuck would ever do that. that is so sick. wow. i can't even imagine how anyone could think that was a good idea.
i mentioned a case where a woman was trying to get her father's (sexually abusive) art removed from public galleries in my art & censorship class and my teacher was like well, i can see both sides and NO JFC ~art~ doesn't make it okay to abuse kids what the hell
