i am trying to lose weight healthily after gaining ~30lbs after recovery. tbh i'm not happy with the way i look and i just want to be healthy bc i stopped exercising and eating well.

but idk how to go about eating healthy. i only know how to b/p, starve, or just eat like crap. today i have had a muffin, about 1/3 cup of yogurt, and just now i had about two cups of boiled carrots, peas, and corn. but i'm hongry still and don't know what to eat.

halp me :(

biba you are hongry bc you've have just about nothing to eat

have some lean proteins and one of those carbs ppl don't scream about like quinoa or brown rice

i'm thawing some chicken for dinner but that won't be for another four or five hours :/ idk idk i'm trying not to trigger myself into starvation mode and relapse but this is so hard to do without any help.

what about another muffin with some peanut butter on it? protein + carbs is a good combo to keep blood sugar from crashing

or some nuts, if you have them

i ate the last muffin this morning and i don't have any other bread except for pasta and i know it sounds like i'm just making excuses but i haven't been grocery shopping in awhile. and i only have chocolate covered almonds arghhhhhhh.

go grocery shopping! pick up some whole wheat bread and muffins and fruits, stuff like that. it'll be fun.

maybe some good whole wheat bread spread with cream cheese or peanut butter

a glass of milk

fruit - apples, oranges, bananas
