almost all of my friends are mentally unstable and/or have an mi

i'm recovering from depression myself and i can't deal with basically being their therapist anymore i just can't

but i don't want to be a bad friend :(

biba you have to tell them that it is difficult for you and you love them and want to be there for them but you have to think about your own health. it's not being a bad friend at all. you have to look after yourself bc if you don't then you can't be there for them at all you know? they love you and they want you to be ok too, u know <3
