nonas i fucked up my neck/throat, halp

on the left side it felt like a cramp and hurt p bad when i swallowed, from around my collarbone to under my tongue and the bottom of my lip

wat the fuck did i do to it and how do i avoid that happening again

i think i get that sometimes, it's just like a tongue or throat cramp? rly unpleasant but it'll fade

it lasted like 2 minutes but god those 2 minutes sucked

i get that sometimes too, nona, idk why it happens

it really sucks for a while, but it does go away - at best it might at least be severely lessened by the next morning, at worst it'll fade out over a couple of days

try to take it easy if you can and find a comfortable position and take a pain killer is about all i can recommend
