(Anonymous) 2012-04-24 07:10 am (UTC)(link)half the reason i loved anne mccaffrey (pre-stupid as shit comments about lgbt people/horrible gay stereotype characters) was that she went through a porn phase and neither of my parents were gonna read books about dragons so i could read all the porny dragon stories ever and they'd have no idea.
this is true of a lot of science fiction, i found out when i ran out of dragon books.
