justanona reminded me of the time i asked a teacher for a reference letter and he agreed. it took him awhile but that was fine since i made the deadline

but then i looked at what the recommendation said bc i was able to see it. it was literally two sentences just going "i taught her before and she was a good student. she'll be good for your program." (paraphrasing but that was about what both sentences said)

half the reason i loved anne mccaffrey (pre-stupid as shit comments about lgbt people/horrible gay stereotype characters) was that she went through a porn phase and neither of my parents were gonna read books about dragons so i could read all the porny dragon stories ever and they'd have no idea.

this is true of a lot of science fiction, i found out when i ran out of dragon books.

whenever my cats puke b/c of stress the food is barely digested. i imagine it's easier for them to keep down the second time around.

plus i mean they lick the poop off of their asses on a regular basis. cats are gross in general.
