i think it may be beneficial to talk to your school's resident psych (or whatever the equivalent would be. counselors?). it's a really good idea to have sort of a trail of your MI because if you ever need to appeal a mark or w/e, you have legit shit to back you up AND you have someone to speak with your profs on your behalf when you're not doing well.

Taking a bubble bath is relaxing. Having a glass of wine is relaxing. Getting completely inebriated on drugs and alcohol as the responsible parent of a small child is completely ridiculous. What if he were to wake up and something were to happen to him?

I'd consider getting a babysitter before getting shitfaced.

it's 41+ km/h gusting wind that i can hear from inside the house
plus i went out during this wind yesterday when it wasn't so bad and it was still really terrible

tomorrow's going to be all sunny with no wind, hail, coldness or anything so i'm just going to make some mac and cheese and have a good time listening to the wind from underneath the covers

I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF - this is seriously the first time in months i've done it, and after seeing everyone's comments yesterday, it really made me think about what i was doing and i just took lots of deep breaths and shit in the toilet
