chicken and rice.

put a cup of instant rice in a casserole dish. add a cup of water. add a can of cream of mushroom soup and stir mixture around. put chicken breasts on top. season if you give a fuck (paprika usually, here.) throw in oven at 350 for an hour.

delicious food that lasts for 1-2 days.

the prep is only like five minutes though, so to me it's not really cooking. it's literally like 'plop everything in pan, put in oven.'

i have no appetite on my meds though so that extra hour doesn't really factor in for me anyway.
