if you have a humidifier basically put a towel over your head and hover over the humidifier and breathe in the vapors.

if you dont have one, you can do the same thing with a pot of water boiling over the stove, but thats a little more precarious and dangerous

or you can sit in the bathroom with the shower running and no fan so it gets all steamy.

the steam is suppose to help clear out your nasal passages (which connect to the passages in your ears)
