i have a mega migraine and usually 3 pain aids helps (it's got 110mg of acetaminophen in each tablet) but it's been like 5 hours and they haven't done anything, so i took 3 more about 15 minutes ago :c

how many should i be able to take? they kind of work right now but not well enough.

is acetaminophen paracetamol? bc my painkillers contain 500mg paracetamol and i usually take 2 every four hours when migraining, although ngl the paracetamol component is usually useless

u can take like 4000 mg a day without dying, but dat shit ruins your liver
