i don't think you have to send the money over right away unless it says immediate payment required, and i don't think three hours is long enough that the seller will be skeeved out by you not sending it immediately.

just check the payment details
if immediate payment is required i think it doesn't complete til you pp the money; if after cleared payment you have 4 days
