i've told a couple of my friends about his groce interview about dollhouse about how he said the series was ruined p much because the network wouldn't let him romanticize sexual slavery and they were like "he wouldn't say that." and then i showed them the interview and they were like "eh, well he still makes good shows so w/e"
this is the biggest reason i despise him. no, i don't curr that he made ~awesome feminist shows like buffy and firefly~ with his token manic pixie dreamgirls, he's not subverting fuck all but dollhouse was the worst
and that shit got another season when the sarah connor chronicles got canned.
