not necessarily anything wrong with you biba supply & demand--there's less jobs out there at the moment so even highly qualified people are having to do volunteer work to make sure there's no unsightly gaps in their cvs. some places are even charging people to work for them on the off-chance that they might be taken on, it's that fucking ridiculous.
