i think it can make sense in some cases, b/c it kinda sucks if the resolution to a trilogy, series, w/e is really rushed and doesn't tie things up

yeah i get the idea, but so far only harry potter had enough material to justify a split. twilight certainly didn't and i don't think mockingjay needs it either

oh, for sure, i haven't read the second and third books so i have no clue whether it's justified or not. i just meant in general b/c i rly couldn't recall if there were more series that were doing that.
