and what about the women in sf_d that are in abusive relationships and may not even disclose it? are we supposed to not care about them just because we don't know about it?
how hard is it to realize that we are saying that we can acknowledge how fucked that is without giving it a pass. we can say how awful that is without saying "oh but don't worry what she says-she's been abused" how dismissing is that
