i've tried all kinds of "lay down perfectly still on your right side at a 130 degree angle with the covers over your head so the air you're breathing is precisely 81 degrees and say a prayer to every god you can name" shit
do you have any idea what triggers them? ik lots of the time it's stress and there's no way to just flip a switch and destress, but mine were triggered hardcore by computer/tv screens
i turned the brightness on my monitor down 3 notches to "holy shit how the fuck can you read that" level and i have 95% less migraines
...i also quit school but well, i don't recommend that
no one knows tbh. we think my antidepressants originally triggered them, but I'm off my antidepressants and ever since october (I went off in january) I've been having almost constant migraines. 1+ a day sounds bad, but this is actually the best combination of meds I've gotten so far lol. they seem to react a little bit to hormonal fluctuations & sleep deprivation, but not enough that I can pin them on anything. my doctors and I are honestly really confused.
ty for the help by the way. it's nice to just talk to other people w/ the same problem
