it's prob a pulled muscle or something nona, i wouldn't worry about it unless it doesn't go away

did it come on suddenly? are they rly sharp pains and hurt more when you move or take deep breaths? bc it's probs just a gas bubble

do they appear randomly? when you're breathing in maybe?

idk i have heart issues and when my heart hurts it's usually a pain centered between my breasts, under the breastbone

either way you should probably see a doctor :-/
