man what is the point of handling 18 year olds with kid gloves

either they're mature enough to be an adult or they're not, not mature enough to be an adult until they date someone older than 20

i just mean people aren't really trying to stop it, they're just saying when it occurs it's creepy

you can say 18 year olds shouldn't drink too much while leaving them to do it if they really want to

well they're saying it's creepy bc omg the poor bbs don't understand anything they're only 18! in which case why even consider them adults if they're so unadult

because becoming an adult mentally is a very slow process and there's no one cut off point

there has to be a point when we let people do what they want even when it might be really bad for them

there's also plenty of people that are saying it's creepy because the vast majority of older men who go after 18 year men are creepy
