nonas how do you de-stress, especially work? bc the only ways that are rly effective for me rn are smoking, drinking, pulling my hair and biting myself, and srsly trying not to start cutting again. and while none of these are srsly debilitating yet they are habits i'm worried about getting locked into you know?
