work out how much you spend on cigarettes per week/month/year - think of other things you could do with that money
find something to keep your hands busy like drawing, crochet, knitting whatever.
as for cigarette breaks at work - maybe have a pee break instead.

my coworkers are way too nice and always bum me cigarettes so i actually hardly spend any money on them at all...
i'll try to find another way to kill five minutes when i need to escape! i just love the social part of it too much
