i am drawin a comic rn that will form the basis of a totally awesome rpg
u play as this girl called Halo or something (i may think of a better name later) and she's on a mission to recover the Lost Artefacts of E which are needed to fix the clockwork moon, a giant steam-punk style device that protects the world from dangerous solar radiation - the core of this planet was mined out thousands of years ago by the original colonists
of course all the Lost Artefacts are guarded by annoying complainy ppl who want you to do an endless series of quests for them along the way you are encouraged to recruit ppl to help you fix the Clockwork Moon - engineers, metalworkers and the like also some guards because the Artefacts are mostly made of gold and diamonds and expensive shit
Halo was chosen to find the Lost Artefacts bc she is one of the few remaining masters of the Lost Arts as evidenced by the totally awesome steam/magic powered wheelchair that she made for herself after losing the use of her legs in an industrial accident. years of working with magically enhanced metals have given her the ability to sense complex mechanisms which should be of great help in her quest.
