cinco_series 2nd-Apr-2012 10:06 pm (UTC) Algerian War of Independance is NOT a religious war. The Country was colonized by the French for 132 years. They were fighting for their nation and their independance, not for religion.
Same goes for the Bangladesh Liberation war.
Iranian Revolution was not really a war and it was based more on class and social disparities rather than religion.
LRA didn't really cause a full frontal war and the movement is just as much based on ethnic revendications than religion.
Yes to the Lebanese War + Cristero War + Taiping rebellion.
Still, these three wars are not WWI or WWII or Iran/Irak war or the Genocide in Rwanda or...
