i bought it pre-made. all i had to do was bung it in the oven and cook it for an hour. there was like a centimeter of grease at the bottom of the pan, so yeah, can't have been good quality meat.
that's actually not untypical. i usually pour it off before letting the whole thing cool, then take the loaf out of the pan to cut. it makes it not greasygroce.
