reading posts on my city's sub and these ppl are out of their fucking minds. like yes this is an expensive place to live but they're telling ppl $80k-$100k isn't enough and it's like... wtf are u spending ur money on?? they have no concept of money

going by my exp with my relatives... a lot of ppl consider themselves "poor" and "broke" when they're not and it's offensive ngl. they think u have to be a multimillionaire to be considered rich and bc they're not millionaires they're not "comfortable"

it's like they joined in all the backlash against the super-rich and feel victimized even tho they make $200,000/year
