i read a thing that said when you judge someone you should analyze your micromotives for the judgement

and it's so hard lql. i just got annoyed by a woman who in response to a really simple question and literally the only comment on a ticket was for her just to put her phone number down.

the idea is you can figure out what you're insecure about or what you're good at by figuring out what and why you're judging

i think i'm just judging her bc she expects me to make 100% of the effort
